beauty
“Beauty is feeling the Creator transmitted messages to you. Whether through Botero’s obra, the scent of a woman, passionate hymns, the words of a book leaping outward and towards you, the succulent crushed grapes flowing down your body, Valery Gergiev conducting Romeo & Julieta’s “Dance of the Giants” or the vibrations of the tango. Or strolling through La Cadelaria’s cobblestones as you ponder the mountains precipice, awaiting God to further manifest Himself in the Catholic mass, a child’s giggle or her gaze upon her arrival.”
Where do you find beauty spirit?
More appropriately asked, where does the living God manifest himself?
He manifests himself in:
Paintings, Poetry, Nature, in the other, Dance, Music, everywhere!!!
Observing beauty is observing God. And it heals us...LITERALLY!
Incorporating neuroscience, in a recent Men's Magazine article (and please don’t ask me what issue because for the life of me I couldn’t find the darn thing), the University of Utah performed various studies. They found that if you stare at a picture of nature for 40 seconds you get happier, more productive.
😮😳🤓WOAH🤓😳😮
And that’s just with a picture. Now imagine what happens if we actually look at nature in real life?!
