WHAT's your i.q. level, SPIRIT?!

I'm a smarty pants! I'm talking about a walking brain! But unfortunately, I do struggle with Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD). But with the grace of God and Mary's prayers I managed to excel in my studies and become a BUSINESS MAN (check out the business "B" for what I do to bring home the bacon). The best way I keep the neurons firing in my helmet is by reading! In the same way the guilt-trip adage "You are what you eat!", I got another one for you men out there reading this fine piece of literature. It was coined by one of my fellow spiritual brothers-in-Jesus: Milo! Milo is the computer, networking guru at Laredo Community College. Milo once said when he fixed my computer after I had downloaded much crapola (i.e. music, games, videos, absolutely no porn!!!, etc.): "Here ya go Spirit! Just remember: G.I.G.O.!"

"What's G.I.G.O., Milo?"

G.I.G.O. = Garbage In. Garbage Out.

What you feed your mind boys, your body will produce! If you feed it a bunch of drama, curse words, porno, etc., guess what your body will do?!

Men, when it comes to the brain size DOES matter! You do NOT want a small brain! You just cannot afford this. Hence, below are DOs and DON'Ts. Concrete, simple ways to strengthen the 3 pounds of genius in your helmet (cranium):

• Watch T.V. (throw the tube in the wastebasket. Better yet, practice your knife-throwing skills and make the tube into a target!)

• Surf Internet all day long
