It's true men, you do NOT want to be overweight. You want to be:
- Lean;
- Mean (to bears and bugs that want to eat our women and children)
- Healthy; and
- Strong!
how do i become buff like spirit?!
What I do to stay lean, mean (to the wildebeests that wanna eat me), healthy and strong is the following:
NAY
- "putt around"
- couch surfing
- Running (too stressful on the knees)
- Elevators!
- Walks on the Beach (Why walk when you can race wifey? - SEE PIC BELOW)
YAY
- Bicycle to work
- Skateboard
- Swimming
- Take the stairs
- Runs on the beach (see below)
- Cardio to help that heart pump
- Parking my BUS at the far end of the parking lot so I can walk
