It's true men, you do NOT want to be overweight. You want to be:

  • Lean;
  • Mean (to bears and bugs that want to eat our women and children)
  • Healthy; and
  • Strong!

how do i become buff like spirit?!

What I do to stay lean, mean (to the wildebeests that wanna eat me), healthy and strong is the following:


NAY

  • "putt around"
  • couch surfing
  • Running (too stressful on the knees)
  • Elevators!
  • Walks on the Beach (Why walk when you can race wifey? - SEE PIC BELOW)

YAY

  • Bicycle to work
  • Skateboard
  • Swimming
  • Take the stairs
  • Runs on the beach (see below)
  • Cardio to help that heart pump
  • Parking my BUS at the far end of the parking lot so I can walk
