What good is it if you are rich but you are overworked and cannot enjoy your riches?
what good is it if you are god's gift to women, but you are rotton on the inside?
what good is it if your iq is 145 (which is "exceptionally gifted"), yet you bum around eating potato chips, sipping lone star beers (hopefully at least its light beer) on your couch, in your "man cave" getting fat with every gulp?

Now to help you studs out there be rich, wise, healthy, good-looking, holy, etc. we must also consider the brain! YUP!!! The brain! Or in Tom Hank's words before making poor Evelyn cry:

Now i mentioned that professionally I am a psychotherapist. Now I've come up with a model to help you stud muffins be balanced (no name yet for this million-dollar model but am open to suggestions)! For the meantime, let's just call these Bad Boyz the "5Bs."

Now like a tripod whose legs are "balanced" (only with my tripod is more like a 5-pod) it won't fall, the same thing with us: if our "5Bs" are balanced (Brains, Brawn, Bran, Believe, Bonds), our brain will be balanced and everything else will flow smoothly! Life will be smooth sailing! welcome to a life of peace, happiness, gorgeous bod, muchas chicas muy bonitas, mucho dinero, etc.! I;m talking about an earthly way of getting to the Heavens and being face-to-feet with our Creator! (and I say feet because the Good Lord knows I'm gonna be genuflecting!)

So! Provided herewith below are my "5 Bad Boyz" along with a couple of their friends. In each "B" I methodically discuss, using my manly musings, how to strengthen each "B" of your life. I have incoporated to the best of my abilities (and with help from fellow Manly Men) various schools of thought (i.e. theology, neuroscience, psychology, philosophy, etc.) to back up my claims with the ultimate goal of offering OBJECTIVE TRUTH! This way no one will write to me and whine like a little baby saying:
